KABUL, Oct 16 – The Electoral Complaints Commission has apparently extended the period candidates are permitted to respond to complaints the ECC has sustained against them from three to five days. بعد از بررسی که توسط نیروهای امنیتی افغان و بین المللی در افغانستان انجام یافت ، کمیسیون مستقل انتخابات افغانستان بتاریخ ۱۸ اګست سال ۲۰۱۰ یک لست نهایی ۵،۸۹۷ مراکز رای دهی را اعلام نمود. این لست نسبت به ۶،۸۳۵ مراکز که در لست ابتدایی سال ۲۰۱۰ رشد یافته بود و اینکه به اطلاع عموم رسانیده نشده است ، کمتر میباشد.
